Every plan starts with an assessment

DSA offers training that develops skills in three key areas, geared toward strengthening fundamentals, building confidence and ultimately becoming a more valuable player on the diamond.

The first step in any DSA training plan is a physical assessment that gives DSA staff a baseline of athletic strengths and areas that could use further development. For first-time clients it’s free, as part of the evaluation and success session.

How training starts

  1. Free evaluation

First-time clients start with a free evaluation and success session, a physical assessment that sets a baseline of strengths and areas to develop.

  2. A plan for your player

We match your athlete to group speed & agility work, private hitting or fielding lessons, or small-group defensive development.

  3. Build every lesson

Each session builds on the last and on feedback from games, and players learn to self-evaluate as they go.
